Sales & Office Administration Exec
Oxford Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Oxford. Based in West Oxford, the company is responsible for the development and management of the University’s merchandise service, retail channels and brand licensing programmes.
Due to the success of our popular merchandise service, which provides colleges and departments with branded and bespoke products to order, we are now seeking to recruit a full time Sales and Office Administration Executive.
This is a key role ensuring that both the central office administration, and merchandise service operate efficiently and effectively. Candidates will be need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous customer service experience and an ability to work to deadline and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
As the role requires a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and design processes, it would suit a well-organised graduate with creative media or photography background. An eye for detail is essential and experience of invoicing software such as SAGE desirable but not necessary as training will be provided.
The role sits within Oxford Limited’s marketing and commercial department and is well placed for the successful candidate to access opportunities to develop commercial photography and design skills.
Salary £20,000-£23,000 (dependent on experience), plus a wide range of benefits including staff pension scheme.
