Japanese casual clothing Licensee; Yamato International have recently expanded their highly successful clothing business to introduce ladies wear alongside their existing menswear collection. Yamato's University of Oxford Collection range now has a retail turnover in the Japanese market of c. US$10 million. Current projects include the introduction of a new ‘quintessentially English’ tailoring range in semi-formal menswear which will reflect traditional Oxford College lifestyle.
Toy manufacturers USI Ltd have been granted a license to produce a wide range of constructive science toys, designed to encourage and stimulate an interest in science and the environment for children aged 6+. These have been developed in partnership with the University of Oxford Chemistry and Physics departments. The wide range of kits feature experiments with magnetism, electric circuits and motors, the weather, Chemistry sets, telescopes microscopes and more... The first new product will arrive in Store for Christmas trade and has been exceptionally well received by retailers.

Upmarket US athletic goods manufacturers; Stall & Dean, synonymous with high quality heritage sportswear collections including Harvard, Yale, Princeton and other US Ivy League Universities have launched a University of Oxford clothing collection featuring a range of vintage sportswear using the University's historic sports club crests and inspired by the heritage, style and achievement of the University's Sports Federation.
Current new projects include the commercial development of images and artwork from several of the University's renowned collections for highly commercial consumer goods: In particular in the soft houseware, textiles, stationery and tabletop categories.

The University of Oxford Botanic collection is currently being extended with new developments in houseware, stationery and textiles featuring the University's rich historical botanic image database.
A new category of horticultural and garden products is also on the drawing board. Developed using the vast experience and expertise of the University Plant Sciences department and the Oxford Botanic gardens - a national reference collection of 7,000 different types of plant, making it the most compact yet diverse collection of plants in the World - there is even more biological diversity here than there is in tropical rain forests and other biodiversity hotspots.
